I’m concerned about online security. How do you protect my details?

Do I need any previous experience to go on a course?

Unless otherwise specified, our courses are suitable for everybody and you don’t need any prior qualifications.

Where are your courses held?

Details of our course locations can be found on our Venues page along with a helpful google map.

If you need specific advise on how to get to any of our venues, just let us know.

I would like to come on a course, but I can’t make any of the dates. What should I do?

Give us a call on 07399435183, or drop us an email and let us know when you can make it.

We’ll do our best to find a time and venue to suit you.

What happens after I’ve booked a place on a course?

You’ll be sent an email confirmation detailing the course you’ve booked on. Please check this carefully and get in touch right away if there’s any mistakes.

We will give you a call around a week before the course starts. This is a good time to ask us any questions you have about the day.

Will there be refreshments on the day?

Absolutely. We provide light refreshments such as tea and coffee during your course.

If it’s a full day course, all you need to remember is a packed lunch.

What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment for your course – we provide everything!

You might want to bring a notebook to make notes, but don’t worry if you forget as we always have pens and paper.

What should I wear?

You don’t need to wear anything specific but we suggest smart / casual wear.

Please come in closed, low heeled shoes and tie your hair back. We advise you to keep jewellery to the minimum. It’s not just for health and safety, it’s just more comfortable and practical!

Will there be parking?

Most of our venues have parking available, but for specific information, please go to our Venues page.
